TW Knorr Construction is a full service residential construction company and we offer design build services as well as general contracting. For those first time potential clients who are no so well versed, a design-build arrangement is one in which the GC, or general contractor, works hand in hand with the client and provides the design expertise as well as the actual construction work. This concept is an advantage when the client is not familiar with all the ins and outs of the onstruction process, or when the job doesn't warrant an outside Architectural firm and all the fees associated with having an on site architect.
TW Knorr Construction opened it's doors and began in South Florida 30 years ago. In the beginning the company operated as a subcontractor in the residential market, building modest single family homes before moving on to more challenging multi-unit projects and low rise condominium work. As we developed more and more expertise in construction management, construction design-build and the general contracting business the focus to provide the highest quality work remained constant. Today we provide some level of design assistance to almost every client in one form or another. Whether it's only to recommend a particular construction method or technique, or whether it's a complete design-build project we remain focused on giving our client's the best value and top quality finished product every step of the way.
TW Knorr Construction recognizes the fact that in order to survive and grow there's no more valuable asset than our client's recommendations. No one looks in the yellow pages for a reliable contractor because we all know a flashing ad means nothing. On the other hand a sound business model includes a website, but in this business a website is more of a way to showcase the work we've completed and describe our services after you've been pointed in our direction by your neighbors, friends or family.
